We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kevin and his company, CPM! They did an absolutely phenomenal job repainting our deck and fence. Not only did they complete the standard pressure washing, sanding, and tightening of hardware, but they also went the extra mile by applying multiple coats of paint (more than quoted) if needed and even repairing a rotted section of our deck. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of their work. The finished product looks amazing and has completely transformed the exterior of our home. We highly recommend CPM to anyone looking for a reliable and professional painting company.

I needed some carpentry work done on my aging deck, and CPM Painting INC came through with flying colors. They reinforced the structure, replaced damaged boards, and the final product looks better than ever. The craftsmanship was excellent, and they completed the project on time. I highly recommend their carpentry services!

Kevin and his team did an amazing job painting our home. They caulked and prepped everything extensively, and the final result looks better than it did when new. They used primer underneath and two coats on top of that, and they only used the highest-quality paints. The result was outstanding. When we did a walkthrough, there was almost nothing we could find--Kevin noticed more than I did, and was a tough critic of his own work. That's always a good sign. CPM finished on a Friday afternoon, and they were here first thing on Monday morning for touchups. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly. I mentioned attention to detail. I'm still impressed, a month later, when I come across details such as places where white trim meets darker Hardie plank, and the line that follows the Hardie plank edge is perfect. And a shout-out to Eddie. The entire house--the boards, the shingles, the trim, the gutters, the porch, even the hardware such as garage door handles--was perfect. Every spot, every edge line, looks fantastic. Besides his painting, I have never seen caulking like that--careful and thorough, as if 7 years of house settling had never happened. You can tell that CPM takes great pride in their work. Let me give two other small but representative examples of their attention to detail and follow-up: 1. CPM painted our back porch and deck. After Kevin had taken the painter's tape off, I noticed a teeny place where the brown from the floor went into the white on the porch enclosure. I mean teeny, to the point that I would have been embarrassed even to ask about it. The next thing I know, without me saying anything, I noticed that Kevin had cleaned up that line. 2. When CPM had finished, I noticed some minor spots on one side of the house. (I want to say right now that it turned out to be nothing: just humidity working its way out of the composite Hardie plank material. It took about 3 days to cure out fully.) When I first sent a picture to Kevin, he respond instantly and came over that day, and he looked into it with the paint representatives. He was at our home every single morning for 3 to 4 days until he was satisfied that it really was humidity working its way out of the Hardie plank. It is now spotless and looks great. (Kevin was prepared to redo it with stain-blocking primer and repaint if it had been anything more serious.) Highly, highly recommended.
